    Peyton Manning Health Status

Took quite a hit on the knee at the end of the Chargers game. Both of his ankles are bad. I won't even mention that ol' neck of his. These hits are really accumulating. I think he'll be a shell of himself by the end of the season.

But Brady hasn't taken a bunch of hits this season also?

I don't think that gives us an edge dude. Both teams have veteran QBs for better and for worse...

Tom Brady has taken a lot of hits- but he does not look older after each hit like fivehead this year.

The issue is his O-line is now being exposed going up against better fronts. He will be in for a long Sunday night next week against one of the NFL's best front 7's. Houston and Hali will beat their tackles in one on one match-ups. Losing Clady could come back to haunt the Broncos.

Remind me later too shead a tear.  Brady's been playing and winning with a broken hand and no WR's.

Funny how he had the whole training staff tending to him but he leapt to his feet quickly when he thought the refs were not granting a time out so he could stay in the game.

Just read the article on NFL website and the comments are hilarious! All crying about how the referees have always had it out for Peyton and the Chargers should lose draft picks for playing dirty. How quickly they forget that the refs are the only reason Peyton has his one ring.

Nance said on the telecast that Peyton said his ankles felt like the guy from "Misery" over the bye week. Wonder what kind of shape he is gonna be in by the playoffs?

It's not how you start , it's how you end

With the bronco OT problem, olaying out doors and More Pressure coming from KCs Defensive front , I see Denver as a wild card and playing KC in a divisiobnal game with Denver losing

    we shall see

That's sack that Larry English had on him early could have torn up his knee. It was close.  Peyton is lucky that his left foot wasn't planted hard.

lol brady would say he feels great as good as he ever has after ten games. brady would never throw his teammates under the bus either like manning did when he blamed his offensive line after one of his many playoff losses.

i agree. their injuries on the o line are catching up with them and the chiefs could beat him up even more.

Hey ... Been sayin' it since Billly Pass-happy Dink O'brien was running Pats offense...  The often overlooked downside is your QB (30 something) sitting baack there as a target for teams teeing off with pass rushers .    If Peyton keeps playing he will be more and more skittish taking more and more hits.

Its not brain science...  Hand the freikin thing off more.   Preserve your QB. make Defense back up.

Of course, there's always the possibility that the horseface has learned something from the Belichik school of misinformation, and that what he has are just normal bumps and bruises!  Regardless, he is a top QB, and KC and NE should not take him lightly.  Not that Reid and Belichick would allow their teams to take any opponent lightly.

Let Manning have all the records.  We NE fans will settle for more SB trophies.  To paraphrase a famous movie line, we don't need no stinking records!
