Ravens got the calls.....what about the NFL loving Manning?

Lots of post here this week talking about or implying Denver would get the calls at home. Some very important calls went to the ravens. Champ B called for PI over the middle. Boldin did not catch that ball. Peyton and the tuck rule should have gone to Denver IF the NFL was in the pocket of the refs.

Gomer missed a couple payments to Goodell, and the Commish showed him who the big boss is.

Brilliant; however, be careful what you wish for. I'm actually glad for Ray Lewis, and those other b-nged up veterans; "Gomer" shall get another chance to add (or subtract) to his legacy.

Yeah,  but a couple of key spots, and the BS hands to face calls went Gomer's way.  Boldin did catch that ball, but the Bailey PI call was suspect.

If the calls go even, and its the playoffs, horse face loses.

The calls in question were all very close. It was assumed all close calls ans some made up calls would be availbe for the "greatest qb" ever. I was happy the call was called clean.

Lets beat Houston Sunday and then kick rays azz into TV.

No, no, Polian usually pays the refs. No Polian, no calls.

Manning's sponsors realized he's just an embarressment so they told the refs to give it to Baltimore at halftime

your observations are all bull$h!t.  the biggest call was the phantom hands to face which negated horseface fumble turnover.

I agree. That one and the phantom hold on Cary Williams on the Demarius Thomas play. This OPs' premise is bunk.   When the flags come out for Gomer when he needed them the most, he got them.

     [/QUOTE]

The holding call on Cary Williams was a legit call. Certainly a hold. The flag came out late, but the call was correct.

Now the 'hands to the face'... that was a phantom call, no doubt.

The refs didn't affect the outcome.  If Denver secondary doesn't collapse at the end of regulation, it's over.

I thought it was a pretty evenly called game, if Manning doesn't throw that absolutely stupid across his body throw...Denver would of won it.

manning got some bs calls, that hands to the face was ridiculous and it took away the manning fumble.

I thought it was bad on both sides of the ball.  It was as bad as LT speaking on the NFL network. Geesh they need some good looking women and analysts that can make a complete sentence.

Are you one of the posters here that talked about how the refs would make sure peyton advanced? My point was only that the game was called pretty fair. I agree on the hands to the face call howerver, the refs did not extend a drive when he needed it most.
