Replacement Coach for BB?

Since it's still pre-season and there's time to kill, thought it would be fun for people to chime in who'd they would want to replace BB as coach if he ended up retiring/leaving the patriots.
Just for shyts and giggles.....

Cloning
or Josh McDaniels. McDaniels may have learned from what went wrong in Denver just like Belichick learned from Cleveland.
I'd like to see Belichick stay in the front office though

McDaniels wasn't a bad head coach. What killed him was that he was a bad general manager.
Don't want to even think about BB leaving. He's the life blood of this franchise.

I like Josh McDaniels as a replacement. BB is high on him, and like BB, I think he'll learn from his mistakes in Denver.

In a scenario where I could choose anyone it would be Andy Reid.

Ernie Adams too, lol.
I wish Tedy Bruschi were coaching or looking to coach, because I think he could be a great coach.

I don't think I'd want o'brien, McDaniels to be head coach.
Reid is a good choice too. Weis and Crennel back as coaches would be interesting, but who would get the nod as head coach? Mebbe neither?

My god! Hope it never happens. Imagine the poor guy that has to replace this guy? I remember when Carroll took over and the first game they beat San Diego by like 4 touchdowns (it was all emotion..we can win without Parcells). It was all down hill after that; none of the young players got better, they made the same mistakes every week, the penalties came, off the field problems, selfishness, questioning of the game plan..on and on. The thing I love about Parcells and Belichick (barring injury) their teams improved every week and so did their young player development.
