No one is going to be his equal. I'd have to go with someone like Sean Payton. -

In Response to Re: Replacement Coach for BB?:Ernie Adams too, lol. I wish Tedy Bruschi were coaching or looking to coach, because I think he could be a great coach.

z,
i saw an interview with tedy where he almost sorta let out that he may look into coaching later, then said he likes what he is doing now. -

I agree with this one, i'm pretty sure he is the future heir just seems to move along the ranks quietly and has never moved on to other teams for Higher coaching tittles. -

Pretty diverse bunch mentioned. Not entirely sure why Fisher draws a negative but I don't have any particularly strong feelings. No matter who it is, replacing BB will not be easy. -

Nick Caserio, he's basically a Belicheck clone, still has a lot to learn but I assume were talking 7plus years down the road. -

It is almost impossible for the first person after a legend
to succeed.
When BB retires, if it is not one of his proteges, then the entire
playbook will bo gone with a new system
I am not sure that anyone coaches like BB
I would like a Bruschi- he has the charisma and the intelligence
and alot of the understranding
definitely not Mangini, McDaniels. -

Keep the current staff together. Promote from within.
Separate all of the many things that BB does for the team. No one coach can do all of them. Parcel the tasks out. Give the red flag to the erstwhile offensive coordinator, but don't call him the head coach yet.
Next, Jonathan Kraft should assemble a brain trust to come up with ongoing innovations in the game, which was one of BB's specialties. -

Given the choice of any coach, I like Mike Tomlin. Good leader, good track record of winning as a HC and comes with a defensive background.
