    Thats the biggest issue here but if Brady goes down kiss the SB away anyway and with Mallet being a free agent Next year the Pats will lose him for nothing--someone will pay him more than the Pats? So why not trade him for a player or 3rd rounder, to a huingry QB needy team--there seems to be plenty of them?

    If Brady gets hurt, the Pats are doomed regardless.  Mallet isn't leading the charge into the postseason anytime soon.
