    Rutger's Francis agrees to play for Pat's

    Decent size, average to good mobility, slow forty... camp competition but likely a practice squad player barring injury.  He did have a lot of tackles which is a good sign.  Let him battle Markell Carter...

    He supposedly compared favorably to Silvestro who impressed last year. And the 40 for a line man aint bad.
