Secondary = no chance of SB

I have seen players in the CFL do a better job then the Pats scondary! For defensive guy like BB to have players this bad makes me speachless. Do they not practice? I understand a little pass rush would help and a offense who can close a game would be nice but this secondary makes every QB look like the old Brady. I can't see them improving enough this year to become respectable so I think the playoffs are a BIG ?.

The Giants had a horrid secondary last season.

When you have such a deficiency, other areas have to pick up the slack.

I still have trouble imagining this team not making the playoffs.

But come playoff time, it's looking like we're going to need to win shootouts.

They made the superbowl last year with an awful secondary. The rush defense has improved which means we will probably see the pass defense face even more passes. I watched it in a bar and it seemed like the Pats were getting some pressure (i'm not sure if the box score will bear it out) but Wilson is mobile so that increased pressure may have been for naught. What is scary is that Russel missed some wide open recievers today.
