    Sign Roy Williams

Report came out that the cowboys have told WR Roy Williams they will be releasing him this could be a great pick-up for us. Thoughts?

no thank you. After the last contract he signed do you think he's going to go for what the Pats usually offer? He's going to get a top end contract with Rice, Holmes, and maybe Edwards.

The good thing is with Williams on the market it lowers the price of players like Floyd, Sims-Walker, and Smith which only helps the Pats if they want to go for a mid-tier WR

Cowboys cost for Roy Williams in 2008: 1st, 3rd, 6th round picks and $20 million guaranteed. Now he's released: Treasure to Trash.

After his poor performance for the past few years, he might have to take the minimum available for his services.  No way he gets a big deal.  With that said... still don't want him in NE

There never sigh him or anybody great anymore. Division titles are nothing, they don’t mean much unless you do something in the postseason. And it’s all about what have done NOW .---------------------------> 0

He is not a PATRIOT WAY type of team player.

Let him carry Dez Bryant's pads this year!!

What has this guy done for the Cowboys? NOT SO MUCH!!

Look, I'm ONLY on-board with Roy, IF (and only "if"): Pacman, T.O., and possibly either Michael Vick, or (my choice) Rae Carruth, is included in this deal.

If we are looking at a second tier WR( as someone here put it) then forget Roy and go after Mike Sims-Walker.

The guy fails in Detroit and in Dallas and you want him here?  Wow.  Especially with the crowded WR market this year and you pick Roy?  Do some thinking before posting something silly like this.

On a lighter note.  If you hadn't of put it up someone else probably would of.

I agree with King. This is a ridiculous thread! Why even bring it up? Roy Williams is a bust and has su cked every place he has been. This is like saying Brian Bosworth is available whould we sign him?!
