You will get a lot of this with the Broncos losing.  Always happens when a QB, of the stature Manning is, loses a big game most were expecting him to win.

The difference, though, Manning never had the Broncos in the lead in this game while Brady had the Pats in the lead in all 5 games he was the QB.  But for defensive lapses in the last 3 - 4 minutes of the last two, FIVE rings.  Think about that!

Umm, they were up on the Iggles by 10 points mid fourth quarter.  Blows your theory.

What I saw was that Seattle closed off all options and Manning panicked.

If another team does that to Brady he does not panic, he looks for new options or rallys the players. That is why the worse blowout you will ever see with Brady is like the last Game vs Denver.

Yup, Peyton only needed 33 more points to put them in the position where a last minute field goal could win it.

Didn't Brady LEAD the offense to get in position to kick those FGs??!!!  You act as if the FGs could have been kicked from anywhere on the field without Brady's involvement.  Nor were the Pats LOSING those games at the time of the FGs.  Big difference.

So, what you are saying, anytime a team wins a game by a FG, no credit should go to the QB for getting the offense in position to attempt a FG, huh?  Seems you have dissed a heck of a whole lot of QBs.

No, what I'm saying is you could "what if" all day.

How many times wil Manning play PA - THE - TIC - ALLY against a good D before you realize that when he hits the big time he is like a great college QB who cant play against the big boys ...

count down to the melt down

There is no "what-iffing" the fact Brady had the Pats winning ALL FIVE SBs he played in late in the game, unlike Manning.

I could care less, not a Peyton nor a broncos fan.

    Countdown to your meltdown.

Fan of Manning or the Broncos or not... Manning cant play against top talent.. At elast Brady. like the truly great QBs of all time... perform well ... win or not they perform well in many games against good teams... Brady for example got his teams in the elad late in the games he lost and in fact won more than he lost... Not so for fair weather Manning...

Count down to the melt down.

But, you definitely have a disdain for the Patriots and do everything you can to diss this franchise.

I never hid the fact that I hate the patsies.

Fortunately for you, I do not hate other teams.  Better things to do than hate a franchise and concentrate on supporting the Pats.

Last I checked, it only matters if you are winning when the clock strikes zero.

That is true. But when the conversation is about who is good versus who might be the best of all time then it is a matter of how a player plays. ANd Manning is downright horrible against the top teams and also in bad weather.

    Pretty simple.
