I think Cannon would be better at RG. The Pats need to get healthy Vollmer back and Waters has to return. The Pats faced a great defensive line, they had there ups and downs. Thing is, with the O Line, you are always two or three injuries away from being porous.

well, just like pre season last year...my expectations of Hayesworth was absurdly high. I had seen enough tidbits from both Solder and Cannon last season that made me think that they'd be able to step up their game and excel as starters this year. Obviously, my expectations are way too high - and perhaps a more realistic expectation is that they'l be able lineman by the end of the season.

Solder needs Mankins next to him and Cannon needs to move inside. I worry about depth at right tackle in the event that Vollmer rides the pine early on in the season.
I think Mankins strenghtens the left side and Solder is more comfortable with him there.
