This is an awful time for fumbling issues to prop up. The Pats are going nowhere unless they clear that problem up, pronto.
My, but that loss to the 49ers has really dampened the spirits around here...including mine. All of the negative issues that the Pats have had this season...fumbling by the RBs, secondary giving up big plays, no pass rush, injuries taking their toll, defense unable to get that key stop...reared their ugly heads, last Sunday night.
Yeah we really suk bad. You and Tcal should form a picket line.
How cute my very own stocker ChumpSickle / Rusty, lol. Do you dream of me also, lol
No, i just like to call out anti Pats fans who would rather pisz and moan about every player we have instead of enjoying the greatest run in NFL history.
Typical homer BS. Greatest run in NFL history?? Oh...than you must be talking about the Steelers of the 70s and the 49ers of the 80s. In case you haven't noticed, the Patriots, for all the great things they've done throughout the regular seasons in 2005-present, haven't won a championship. So now, you're lowering the bar to "greatest run in NFL history", whatever that means...because the Pats' can't win a championship?
The Patriots have won the AFC East something like 8 of the past 10 years, or 10 of the past 12? BIG DEAL. The Bills, 'Fins, and Jets have been, for the most part, punch-lines to jokes over the past decade. So, go ahead and lower the bar, if it makes you feel better. But, this is just another way for an Ostrich Society member to stick his head in the sand, to avoid the unpleasant reality that the Pats haven't been good enough to win a championship, in years.
They are not the Steelers or 49ers of their decade. They are more like the Tom Landry coached Dallas Cowboys of the 60s and 70s...consistently good enough to contend, but not quite good enough to win a truck-load of championships.
The 2012 Patriots appear to be a better team overall than last years' squad. No more excuses. SB, or bust! Tom Brady is 35 years old. The time to win a title is NOW! Or, are they going to allow Colin Kaepernick, J.J. Watt, and a 36 year old Horsefaced choke artist to stand in their way?? It's time to knock these guys out of the way...and TAKE IT.
