Cincinnati is in the market for a straight-line situational deep threat and kick returner with Brandon Tate being a free agent. Ginn also has ties to the area as an Ohio State alum. -

What's the difference between him and Brandon Tate? Being really fast and running straight still won't get you open.
Bethel Johnson would still be here if that were the case

Come ON guys. You're not being fair to Ginn AT ALL! What's different?...while Tate and Johnson were 2nd round busts...Ginn was a TOP TEN BUST! Give the guy his proper respect. -

What type would that be? A high draft WR who never makes it as a WR? Very good return man but that is it. Period. And we have three good return men now: Washington, Amendola and Edleman.
