    NEWS ALERT !!!!

Emergency Assistance personel had to respond to a 911 call from the Yets team bus today after the team had been stuck on the bus without food or water for several days after the failed to get in proper formation and execute the exit the bus in the single file play Buddy Ryan had drawn up days ago when the team was returning from a scrimmage game. After 3 desperate days of coach Ryan trying desperatly trying to come with a play that would work that was compounded by having someone lock the bus door from the inside and could not find the keys. The emergency rescue culminated the end of a very bad week for the team that was coming after a dissapointing tie after the teams scheduled scrimmage game with the New York Upperstate School for the blind and disabled. Jets fans already upset that coach decided to run the clock out with 1:30 left and the score tied 0-0 giving the reason that he didn't want to risk his starters getting hurt trying to win a scrimmage game. Adding to the dissapointment for Yets fans was that the UNYSBD team bus had mechanical problems and didn't get to the stadium until the game had actually eneded.

The news isn't all bad for Yets fans as the team signed 2 former top two overall picks Ryan Leaf and Lawrence Phillips to bolster the so far unproductive offense.

Thought I would add this to the list, although I posted this in another thread.

ESPN New York's Rich Cimini nominates second-round WR Stephen Hill as the Jets' "biggest disappointment" heading into the season.

"Talented, but oh so raw," writes Cimini. "Needs time to develop, but he doesn't have that luxury on this team." Hill has been lost as an NFL route runner after being limited to "go" routes in Georgia Tech's run-dominant offense. He's not worthy of roster spot in redraft fantasy leagues.

The Jets have cut 4 out of their 8 this year's draft picks.

I suspect they REALLY wanted to cut another BUT ..... what would that set off!

    From ESPN.com:

    http://espn.go.com/nfl/story/_/id/8345872/average-nfl-ticket-price-jumps-25-percent

The New York Jets can at least call themselves champions in one category: ticket prices.

The Jets have the highest average, non-premium ticket price in the league at $117.94, according to Team Marketing Report's Fan Cost Index, which was released Thursday afternoon.

Rube Goldberg, a real Page turner, and this is what Planning correctly is all about. Perhaps the Jets need a GM like Rube. I think this is funny but you be the judge.

IMO, this veiled Wildcat is much ado about nothing, with similar results.

The Wildcat, which caught the Pats offguard in an upset loss to te Dolphins a few yrs ago (and made Ronnie Brown look like a superstar for awhile); is not going to fool anybody now. Plus, don't you still need guys that can block?

You mean... you think... you need... a RT? And.. a,d a TE who can ... can... can block???? But.. But what about Keller... If Ryan tells Keller to ground and pound wont that make him a good blocker?

More chuckles from the traveling clown car that is the Jets. The following article highlights the "great relationship" between starting QB Mark Sanchez, and his #1 WR, Santonio Holmes. Holmes informed the press that Sanchez was "rattled" after learning that the Jets had traded for Tim Tebow: http://www.nydailynews.com/sports/football/jets/call-tim-tone-deaf-article-1.1154775

The Jets are a joke, if I was a fan of theirs i'd be very upset. Ryan is not an NFL head coach, he has no control of the team and just wants to be buddies with the players.

The clown picture is an absolute classic .  Even funnier was the ny post article describing rex taking offense to it.  "this circus thing is a little old for me... " Wah...

And Bart Scott is boycotting the media cuz: "y'all think we're we're bunch of clowns..."  wah...

Gotta love it...  Only thing better would be the bills running roughshod all over their clown act.

RESPONSE: I agree...it is a classic...LOL!!! I'm still chuckling over it. Instead of complaining about it, Sexy Rexy should be embracing it...and using it as bill-board material to fire-up his team of adolescents.

And Bart Scott is boycotting the media cuz: "y'all think we're we're bunch of clowns..."  wah...

RESPONSE: Scott is the ring-leader of these whining losers. Where they were once a tough, physical team, built upon the rock of a solid defense and a very good OL, they are now down to trying to get the job done with gimmicks...such as the Tebow Wildcat. They would be far better off blowing the thing up, and jettisoning buffoons like Scott. They should pull an Indy by tanking the season, in hopes of snaring Matt Barkley.

Gotta love it...  Only thing better would be the bills running roughshod all over their clown act.

RESPONSE: Even if everything goes the Jets' way in 2012, does anybody really see them as anything more that a 9-10 win, that's playoff fodder at best?

The Jets were a joke today.  Fitz threw the ball right to them.  The Wildcat was a total failure.  Sanchez looked just like he did last year with his picks and fumbles.  That great Jets D we keep hearing about gave up 28 points to the pathetic Bills.  What a complete joke.  How one team has so much luck is incredible.

The Jets were lucky today. Their defense was like swiss cheese, the inept fitzpatrick gave them the game. They will run their mouths until they play a real team and get crushed. They act like they won the super bowl today, sanchez still stinks and will be a turnover machine when facing a good defense like the Patriots.
