Re: The Roethlisberger Files: This is getting interesting...:
Her case is now falling to pieces at an exponential rate. It turns out that casinos, much like the defense contractors I have worked for, keep record of all of the emails ever sent. So in the latest filing by some of the casino workers seeking to dismiss the case, yet more emails accompanied the filing. In this case, the accuser was joking about having sex with Ben. Quite contrary to someone depressed and trying to get the casino workers to take action, she was jovial and joking. Assuming that these emails, and the ones released by Ben's attorneys last week are authentic, her case is toast. While I still cannot say with 100% certainty she is a liar and gold digger, if I lean in that direction any further my nose will touch the ground. Geez, I wonder how she was able to recall such great details about her rape, her pain, and her suffering in light of the evidence starting to unsurface? She couldn't have made up such details could she? Let me give it a try. I'm going to make up a story about a gorilla raping me at the San diego zoo on the fly. On August 18th at 1:20 PM I was observing the gorillas at the San Diego zoo. It was a typical zoo visit. At about 1:35 Janet Hawes, a senior caretaker at the zoo approached me to ask me if I wanted to see the gorillas up close and personal. At first I was in disbelief. I thought someone was pulling a prank on me. They don't let visitors get close to the gorillas. After questioning Janet's credentials, she showed me her identification and spoke in great detail about the gorillas at the zoo. She was telling me about one of the adult males names Azizi, and the new baby gorilla named Frank. I now believed Janet was who she said she was and started to realize what a great opportunity I had. How many visitors are afforded the opportunity to see a gorilla up close and personal. Janet guided me through a gate about a 100 yards from the gorilla area. We walked along a paved service road to an area that she explained was the rear area of the gorilla enclosure. I was quite surprised. This area looked nothing like the "public" area of the zoo. It was actually quite cluttered, almost dirty. In front of us was a caged area connected to the main enclosure by a steel gate. Janet explained how this is where they inspect the gorillas and provide them with nutritional supplements. She asked me to wait outside while she lures a gorilla inside the area with a special treat. It looks like a mixture of bananas and some sort of grass-like material. She entered the enclosure, place a pan with the food on it on the ground, and rang a bell. Three gorillas were attracted to the noise of the bell and gathered around the gate. She prodded away two of the gorillas with a long thin stick and allowed one gorilla, and older male, to enter the enclosure. Janet told me it was unsafe for me to enter right away. She let the male gorilla eat the food mixture for about 15 minutes before I could enter. I was very nervous. The gorilla was huge, and didn't look very friendly. I wanted to decline her offer but she kept insisting that I would be alright. I was reluctant to believe her but she seemed to know what she was doing. I entered the enclosure while she kept the gorilla preoccupied with an old tire. The gorilla approached me quickly; nearly causing me to defecate myself. At that moment the funniest thing happened. He placed his hand on top of my head almost as if he was petting me. It worked! I actually started to calm down. I thought to myself "how cool is this". Nobody will believe me. Janet gave me a banana and asked me to feed it to the gorilla. By this time I was relaxed and was quite willing to try it. I was feeding the gorilla for about 3 minutes when suddenly I noticed that Janet was outside of the enclosure, and I was still inside. Now I was back to feeling uneasy. Janet strangely told me that the gorilla was gay, and if he doesn't have pleasure at least once a year, he will turn mean and become overly aggressive towards the other gorillas. Was this a joke I thought? I pleaded with Janet to stop the joke and let me out. Before I could even finish my plea she had disappeared around the corner. Before I could yell to her one more time I was slapped to the ground by the gorilla. I looked up to see a massive beast towering over me with a concrete slong protruding. I tried to escape but every time I tried to get up he would just slapped me down. The gorilla dry humped me until he climaxed. I was dirty, humiliated, and had scratches on my face and body. Janet returned, prodded the gorilla to leave, and let me out of the enclosure. I was furious. Janet explained to me that nobody would believe my story if I reported it to anyone. She escorted me back to the public area and warned me to maintain my silence. She warned me about the public humiliation I would face if I reported what had happened. Three months went by. I tried to put this incident behind me but I couldn't. I was missing days at work and paying for therapy. I finally reported the incident to the director of the zoo, Richard Farrar. Richard did not believe my story. I guess I couldn't blame him. Somehow though, I felt he did believe me, but he just wanted to cover it up. On November 7th, at 9:00 AM I had a meeting with both Richard and Janet. Janet denied everything but I caught the two giving each other a wink once when I was drinking from a glass of water. After our meeting, Richard asked me to leave the office while he and Janet discussed an unrelated matter in private. Janet left the office about 10 minutes later. She gave me a smirk as she departed. Richard called me back into the office and provided me with a thinly veiled warning. He explained that the San Diego zoo has a reputation for being one of the leading zoos in the world. He said that the zoo would take stern legal action to protect its reputation. He said that if I went public with my accusations they would counter-sue to the fullest extent possible. If I went public I better have proof. I was scared. I had no proof. I was so embarrassed that day that I went straight home. I didn't see anyone that day, and I still hadn't told a soul. THE ABOVE STORY IS TOTAL BS, AND MADE UP ON THE FLY AS I TYPED. PROOF THAT IT IS REALLY QUITE EASY TO MAKE UP A STORY WITH A LOT OF DETAIL.

AND LIKE I SAID.. The place for any and all of this stuff is IN COURT..... Where the deciders of what is fact and what is just some Big Burly Football player trying to overwhelm his opposition sit....
I am not against BEN... I am not for the Accuser.... I AM FOR THE LEGAL system and trying a case in the newpaper always makes me think that the one who is doing the Sliming is a LYING S_O_B. However, I await the court's decision on it.... and if (and I hope he is) found innocent I won;t even think the slightest bad thought about Ben- I will be full of compassion for the psycho and hope she gets help.
However there are also a TON of Guys who think No means well sure if you want to. It is not at all out of the realm of possibility that he did something .... any more than it is that she is lying.
