None of these QB's have a cannon for an arm. The knock on Quinn and Orton are two guys who can play in the short passing game, but struggle when they are asked to throw down field. There are a lot of Tim Tebow haters out there, but Mel Kiper and Steve Young should give the guy a chance. Look at the last ten years of the NFL when guys like Kiper praised QB's like Tim Couch, Akili Smith, Jarmacus Russell, Cade McNown, Byron Leftwich, David Carr, Joey Harrington, Kyle Boller, JP Lousman, Matt Leinhart, Vince Young, Patrick Ramsey, etc... These guys were all supposed to be NFL ready, once and a while a guy can come in and have success if his coaches play to his strength. Which for Tebow it would be having a solid running game where he can get outside the pocket and spread his wide receivers so he can see the field. Maybe Brady Quinn will emerge as a Pro-Bowl QB, or Kyle Orton can get the Broncos into the playoffs. If Tebow fails, let him fail on the field, not before he even suits up.
Plus there is a much better chance of Bradford blowing out his shoulder during next season than of anything.
