So you mean soft as in Joe Namath wearing a fur coat or stockings for a TV commercial.
It's called style. He's married to someone who's in that industry so I'm sure it has had an influence on him. But hey, I'm a straight guy but I have to admit I think the guy looks great. -

Hey celtfan...perhaps a MANCRUSH??? just joking....Still can't get out of my head how Brady threw that interception on the opening drive of this past year's playoff game against the Jets....Methinks the preGisele Brady would never have been so careless. -

A QB throwing an interception, yeah that never happens. To criticize this guy for an interception is retarded. He was a unanimos MVP last year and threw almost no interceptions.
How about the Pat Chung botched play. The fact is, the Pats were totally outcoached in that game. I have to give Ryan credit and put blame on BB. The Pats went away from their running game and away from their rookie tightends. Instead Algie Crumpler became part of the offensive focus. Also people are quick to blame the O-line when in fact that group had a great year. The blocking schemes for that playoff game, however, sucked. -

Lighten up Francis. Whats the big deal if someone goofs on Brady? You telling me there wouldn't be some fun being poked around here if Peyton Manning was wearing that? -

In Response to Re: Tom Brady's hat...:You have to admit, though, the obsession the media has with Brady is creepy. No other NFL star really gets this kind of coverage. We know why, but it's not like the guy is out doing anywhere remotely the amount of money grabbbing commercials that GOmer does. He tries to mind his business and it doesn't matter (minus the Giselle based events). For a while there, Gomer was doing an average of 5 commericals per year. It was ridiculous. Yet, the media did nothing to pan that obsession he had trying to put his mug onto every product possible.

There would not be nearly the interest in Brady that there is today if it weren't for his wife. By association, he has now become fodder for the paparazzi. And lets distinguish (a bit) the "media" from the "paparazzi".
Its not as if he wasn't "out there" before hooking up with Gisele. This is all about Gisele. -

In Response to Re: Tom Brady's hat...:In Response to Re: Tom Brady's hat... : No. The Pats were out-executed. There's a difference. Brady's crappy throw and Crumpler's TD drop pointed to a loss of 14 points to start the game. It took the pressure of the Jets. Then the Chung botch, opened another door. None of that is on Belichick. Nice gameplan by Ryan to adjust from his AWFUL one in December, but if not for the turnovers/botched plays, that game could have been a blow out. The Jets played a much cleaner game and that's what it takes. I feel the week off worked against a young team that didn't have time to look around, after they flat out had a dominating December. I think a veteran team would have enjoyed that week off, but I am not convinced this one did.

So BB didn;t call the Chung play? I don't remember who the analyst was on the game (maybe Phil Simms) but he said that it's never a good idea, in a big game, to put the ball in the hands of someone who is not used to having it in his hands. -

I don't see why anyone really cares what Brady wears off duty. Sure, the tabloid press likes to feature stuff like that, but it has no relevance on football! I'm sure all of us at one time or another wore something that wasn't really our "style" because the wife or gf asked us to. Is there some special "dress code" we as fans should be placing on players when they're off the field? And whoever claimed Gisele was the reason Tom threw that INT in the Jests game really needs to get a grip! The guy had thrown more passes without an INT than anyone in NFL history. He was bound to toss one sooner or later! That game was lost due to the Jests executing their defense better than our offense. Add to that the few big plays Sanchez made when they could not get any pressure on him. Sure, Tom didn't have his best game, but you cannot lay that loss at his feet. I sure wish they'd get the offseason started soon. I'm so tired of only having things like this to discuss! -

In Response to Re: Tom Brady's hat...:In Response to Re: Tom Brady's hat... : Bridget Moynihan is currently on a highly rated TV show on CBS before being cast in movies. She also is a lead for some glamour companies. I am not sure what to tell you other than you are wrong. Giselle may be seen as more beautiful than Moynihan I guess, but the reality is, Brady's last two realtionships were with famous model/actress types. The difference, apparently, is there is a definitive market for the papparazzi now with Brady, likely due to the fact he left Moynihan after she called to tell him she was pregnant. It's about an angle and drama, not WHO he's dating or married to.

Really? How can I be wrong when you are making the point for me. He was with another celebrity before, but photographers weren't tailing him then. Sure he may have been photographed on the red carpet of an event, but otherwise you didn't really see him. Now, you get photographs of him walking down the street, dancing in a boot in Brazil, at the Derby. What changed?
His significant other changed, that's what.
Make up all the fantasy stories you like, but the fact is Moynihan was an uninteresting B level celebrity so the paparazzi didn't care. Bundeschen is the world top earning model. That's the cache.
The Moynihan pregnancy??? LOL. Are you serious? -
