    Trade Brady

    Why the hell not!!

The beating this guy is taking on this board has made me change my mind about this sure fire Hall of Fame record breaking quarterback. All we need to win from here on out is the dynamic and breathtaking running ability of Ben Jarvis Green Ellis, and the truly inspirational dominance of this defense. I don't know why it took me so long to see just how much this quarterback is holding this team back (along with a needed change in offensive philosophy).

Just imagine....we probably could con some team into giving us 2 first round picks for this bum. Which we then could convert into 72 second and future first round picks. Then we can draft a former tight end that was converted to tackle - which we will in turn convert to guard!! He'll replace Waters. Then we can select another corner or safety that can help on special teams (providing tremendous positional flexibility). And how many 5'6" wide receivers are out there? Got to be a million, we could draft ten of them. We can sign them to the active roster on Mondays, cut them on Fridays, then sign them to the practice squad, then activate them right before kickoff...make sure they never see the field and then cut them again on Monday!!! The possibilities are endless!

Do you realize the value this would bring? Do you know how much money we could save? If we end up 20 million under the cap money can be spent on granite trash dispensers for Patriot's Place. I bet we could tear down the Patriot Museum and build a whole new one - it could be more green and tree friendly - maybe even have some virtual reality stuff thrown in.

The possibilities truly are endless with this people, but it all starts with getting rid of this bum first.

I'm mad at Brady a bit for that stupid, pointless pick and for being a little off target on Welker, and I AM concerned that we are seeing the beginning of his skills eroding, but he's still a long way from being put out to pasture. At least two or three MVP caliber years left IMO, barring some kind of major injury. Favre played til he was 42, and was very effective at 41. I do think the Pats need to avoid being put in the position the Colts are in now though with Manning. Sometime within the next year or two, a new qb needs to begin to be groomed so that he can step in when Tom steps out. (after at least one more SB win)

We could trade him for Mark Sanchez. Wouldn.t that be great to see him in a Jets uniform picking apart this great Patriots secondary. But hey, if the Pats could trade Drew Bledsoe to Buffalo why not Tom Brady to NY. Rexy already has a poster of him on his wall.

I'd never trade him for Sanchez! Now if we did it for Ladanian Tomlinson and say a second round pick....We then could just put Benny and LT together with say Edelman as the QB...they'd never be able to stop us! You'd never see Edelman calling an audible or meeting with Belichick to go over the offense two days before games. Never.

    We could be Champions!!!

I say clean house and start over.   I'm so tired of all this winning, going beyond my expectations that I wish they would just fold the team and start from scratch.  Maybe pick up some good players like Sanchez, Holmes, LT,  Brandon Jacobs, Ricky Williams and start fresh!  They lost the SB, this team blows!

Now my serious side....Going to the SB this season blew my mind!  After the first half of the season I had doubts they could vn win the division with this team (defense) then they make me feel like an idiot and go to the SB.  Not only that, the day after the SB the casino's put the odds out for next years SB and the Patriots odds are 7/1 to do so, second behind the GB fudge Packers.  Dang, we are some spoiled fans.

I know it's frustrating. People are idiots. They don't know the game. They live in a world of cliches. What can ya do.

Dude, your doctor needs to adjust your meds because you have totally lost your mind. Do you realize what utter nonsense your are saying. Please go away because what you are saying make no sense. When the day Brady does retire, you and all the bashers will realize what we had. The day will come when Brady and Belichick will be gone and the Pats will once again be a run of the mill team.
All you bandwagon fans need to go away. Do you really think that the Pats can win every year. What team was the last team to repeat............... Pats. Think about how difficult it is to win1 SB not to mention back to back. You are another spoiled bandwagoner.

Just had a thought...with Rasi Dawling being injury prone - any chance we can just throw him into the QB spot? I mean it's got to be easy and think of all that is around him helping him out...we can balance BJGE in and you know Ocho will look better with a real QB tossing him the rock (I mean football). I think it's money in the bank.

The day Brady is gone this is what you will hear around here.........crickets. I'm wondering just how effective the value approach will be when you have some new guy crapping his pants under center. Ten bucks says the first year we go 6 and 10 after Brady is gone - the value system goes right out the window.

I think they should just cut Brady and pick up Pat White.  That would take care of the QB and running problem at the same time.

Lol, you are on a roll!!!!! Seriously, I don't think some (most?) Pats fans realize what is going to happen once Brady is gone not to mention BB. Look at all the other NFL dynasties and what has happened once the "elite QB" is gone............ just another team. QBs like Brady, Manning, Rodgers, Bradshaw, Montana, Aikman, etc do not come along very often. Note the QBs I am mentioning span decades.

Heck with a QB.  Just direct snap to BJGE every play.  We're never going to sub for him anyway once Rusty's coaching.
