    Trailblazer Belichick

Yet again, his ideas continue to be well ahead of the curve.  It's another example of something so simple, but with the new CBA and the union looking for a lighter workload, BB is ahead of everything seeing scrimmages between teams before their preseason game, as holding greater value than not doing it.

Obviously, this is the 3rd year he's done this, but it's another example of his greatness.

PS Note the typo (through..he means "though") on the Revis part from John Clayton.

Oh look. Another BB loving thread by Dougie. You are beyond desperate trying to push your "BB is the greatest" agenda on this forum.

Not an agenda, Bustchise. The truth is not an agenda. Name a coach that started joint practices before BB:

they were talking a few years ago when this started that more teams eould do it

i cannot understand why it isn't common practice for at least the first two pre season games.

Bb does have an advantage he has his Brand name that people will follow and he is willing to think outside of the box

Who cares?  I am still waiting for that un-asterisked super bowl trophy from him before crowning him anything other than a great coach.
