In Response to Re: We lose because of turnovers-case closed : I'm not going to explain something further that really is basic to the game.  When I said no disrespect intended that is exactly what I meant.  You clearly do not know me because anyone who does will tell you that I never engage in personal attacks or demean other posters.  I try to speak to the topics and the issues only.  And I will say this again yet another way:  it is a basic tenet of the game that typically on a per minute played basis defensive players as a group expend more energy than do offensive players.

The turnovers hurt but we could have won with better clock management at the end. One run by Law Firm and we win.

All you need is one offensive holding call and you lose.

I'm beginning to believe Rusty is right, we would be better off with Hugh Millen at quarterback..as he stated yesterday. I mean the guy has a point, Brady has fallen to second overall in QB rating and is on pace for only 28 to 30 touchdowns..4 thousand yards. We should trade him! Some team will be stupid enough to give us a first round pick for him - which we can turn into a second and a first - then draft another corner.

Brian Hoyer can easily carry this team and put 30 points up on that board every week. Just think about it for a moment...we just pound Ben Jarvis Green Ellis and throw to Welker 785 times a game. Easy pickings!!

Plus you know if the offense struggles (which it won't now that Brady is gone, because this offense is loaded)...the defense will just bail us out.
