The Cleveland Browns are expected to clean house Monday, letting go of both coach Pat Shurmur and general manager Tom Heckert, the Cleveland Plain Dealer reported Saturday, citing league sources.

Not sure if Fat Rex is gone, but I would not be surprised.  Think Romeo may not get the ax just because of the way he habled Belcher blowing his brains out... just my opinion

I read somewhere that Mularkey might keep his job too.

As usual they'll be quite a few changes. Hard to say who will or won't be let go? The obvious ones are Turner, Shurmer and Reid...Most of the others depend on thier current contracts and if the owners will pony up the dough to pay two head coaches salaries. Gailey in Buffalo falls into that category as does Weisenhunt & Mularkey...I'd say the guys on the fence are Smith in Chicago and Crennel in KC. Make no mistake Peyton resigning with the Saint's takes a big name off the board and likely saved the current Cowboy's coaches job, though rumors abound that his tenture rest on the Cowboys beating the Skins today. With Mike Holmgren a possible succesor? Rex Ryan is another who's status depends on how much input he had on the roster moves, the last few years. If he walked hand in hand with Tannabum or chose not to support his aquisitions (Tebow?) and he's seen as part of the problem in the dysfuctional front office and player personell department of the Jets...He may not get canned but I do think the Jets would let him walk. If another team stepped up and wanted him (Browns?). 

I bet chuckle and cowher are counting pretend money as we speak. Maybe even mooch.   Those guys could cash in hard this year.  

Andy Reid isn't going anywhere, not unless Philly can get Cowher. 

I'd like to see Mangini get a coaching gig.

I think all is safe here with the exception of Lovie Smith.  If they don't make the playoffs then there is a good chance he is gone.  However, I think he stays.

Weisenhunt I think has worn out his welcome.  Watch for jay grueden O coordinator cincinnati to get a gig

I read yesterday thet Reid is already negotiating with San Diego.

I don't see how Ryan escapes the bullet but it sounds like he does.  Tannenbaum takes the fall for the Jets woes.  I don't think it gets much easier for the new GM who ever he is because that cap is pretty messed up.

Greg Knapp - Oakland.   Another one who hasn't done much.  Not that the acquisition of Palmer helped him out much.

Mike Munchak is probably out too.  Owner Adams is hot over the teams performance this year but there's not a lot there to work with either.

Tannebaum = Tannen-gone.

Anyone that gets fired in our division is just going to be replaced by some other guy that will be fired a few years from now. How would you like to go up against Tom Brady and Belichick? What's that like? Imagine that every year you can coach your brains out, draft some good players, sign some too - in the end none of it matters when number 12 drops back and drops thirty points on you. It was pretty much the same when Marino was in his prime or when the Bills had Kelly and Bruce Smith. The only thing that is going to stop us in this division is injury or age. The last time we didn't win the division Brady was getting his knee done over in California.

Pretty sweet. I remember when Rexy flew into NY and told the media how he wasn't afraid of the big bad Patriots - I imagine all his coaching frinds told him it would be a bad career move going against us. In the end they were right, but the guy did well enough at times and made his money, plus he (if he gets fired) will land on his feet as a coordinator somewhere. It just has to feel bad though.
