    Rocky, I actually know Matt Light and he took me into the locker room after the Colts game this year. After we met Brady, Welker and Coach Belichick, we left out the other back door and there it says, "If you don't want to win, you don't have to be here."

    That was my favorite sign actually. I never even saw this one but I guess that was near another door.

    Great stuff.  Company culture is pervasive and the Pats know how to set the tone.  Some teams focus on just one thing: X's & O's or rah-rah motivation or freedom to do whatever they want.

    The Pats manage every aspect of their team and the complete package shows

    Absolutely. I read somewhere that a lot of Fortune 500 companies call Bill to come speak at their events. If I find the link, I'll post it.
