    The sky is falling!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Oivey....

I like to watch the PATS.  I love football as a game  Don't care about all the negativity generated by other so-called fans.  Hell, the trolls are better fans than some of those calling themselves pro-Patriot here.

Gee, just a little shy of pro Patria....  Never mind.

[QUOTE]In Response to Re: What was with that Brady INT? : There's a name for this condition.  Its called the Peyton Manning syndrome.  Usually it results in trying to do TOO much because that's the only way your team wins.

Dogggg...   you have a VERY valid point here.  This year Brady is obviously fired up and we have seen from some of his comments to the media this preseason.  How many times does he have to lead the team to a lead late in a game only to see the D lose it??!!  I am certain some of this may be spill over from SB42 when he did his job against a D that was playing way over its head that day only to see the D give up the lead with less that 2 minutes to go in the game.  No matter which way you cut it, what may happen is Brady trying to do too much to overcome a lackluster D and that, in itself, could cause a loss due to pressing too much.  Off course, there are Pats fans here who won't see it this way.

Just complete nonsense.  It was a bad throw, we get it.  It happens.  The prior game he connected on a perfect bomb to Moss.  Get a grip people.

No one is saying it's a big deal, it's just an interesting topic to discuss.  If you want to see complete nonsense, visit all the threads about the pass rush.

It was a horrible throw. A throw like that can be questioned. He could have checked down. Could have thrown it out of bounce. If it was the second string yeah ok. It did look like a punt or something Rex Grossman would throw. At that point in the game we were moving the ball pretty well, no reason to stop that momentum.

Re: What was with that Brady INT?

Not a big deal. Brady underthrew the ball.  Happens to them all, which is why no QB ever has 100% completion %. Perfection does not exist.  The week before he threw it perfectly and Moss caught it on his fingertips.

Preseason is the perfect time to take a chance and try to perfect your timing.  Brady isn't trying to win the game here.  He is trying to connect with Moss and work on their timing.  If it was essential, he could have gotten the first down becasue there was a checkdown who was open.

Wow. One interception in the entire preseason and people are pulling fire alarms?

Dude threw five TDs and one pick all preseason. If he finishes the season with 40 TDs and 8 picks, he wins MVP.

Here's the Key to Offensive success this year.  Throw to the TE early and often.  We have 2 special rookie play makers at the position.  There is no need to ever force a ball to a WR again.

Its because the offense is playing well and the defense isn't. Tough one there, eh?

[QUOTE]I'll ask again, because it begs the question: Why do people not show any critical commentary for the offense or Brady, but are quick to lash out in preseason agains the defense? The answer is, Brady has 3 rings, but he also has to lead the offense and not turn it over. Throwing balls up in the air is not a good INT to give up. It's not a coincidence the offense and defense reflect one another in all FOUR preseason games. Thanks.

I'm not sure what grade your in russ but this is why we just don't spew garbage out our mouths.

How about in the future you back your words with facts and statistics?  If you actually did this once you may actually get some respect.

Here is Tom Brady's Pre-season stats.  They are freakin great.  Enough said.

You idiot. The D S@#Ks and the offense is good. Are you on drugs or just unable to admit you're wrong.

"Brady was not good agains the 1sts the last two weeks. That's a stat for you."

That's a conveniently small sample size you take there russ.  That's something dogggggg would do with his last 5 years thing.

How was he in the first two games russ?  Then let's take all 4 game and get an average and it looks something like this.

Like 95% of the posters on this board I'm through with your nonsense.
