Tate is on the reserve/non-football injury list, he's eligible to play after week 6. The team will have until week 9 to activate him I believe. I too am intrigued to see what he can do, but he hasn't had any reps in practice so I would expect more of an impact in the return game while some of the rust is knocked off as a WR early on......
