Why is it that every time the Patriots play a game the refs blow a call an infant could make? Watson gets knocked out of bounds by at least 10 feet & they don't stop the clock? Do they just pretend the rules don't exist?

His forward progress was stopped in bounds, which is all that matters. If it had been stopped by him going out of bounds the clock would've stopped.
