Nobody will take Smith in a trade. He gets cut, but look for Watson to get traded. -

They try to trade Smith for something, unless they have some issue with Watson being in the last year of his contract and deal him instead. Bengals and Eagles both need a TE.
Watson already knows the system and does multipole things including seeing him as the fullback tonight. (like Dave Thomas was doing)
Don't read anything into Watson playing with the scrubs, he hasn't had any reps with his injury and needed the practice.
In short I see them keeping Baker, Thomas and Watson.
