Wow, SD bungled that last play, brought their big back in and could have iced the game

To many turnovers by Cincy with 9:52 left in the game it's the Chargers game to lose! 20-10, but the home cooking refs will help Cincy but whose going to help Dalton become a QB?

Is mathews out? He was huge in the chargers win in  denver a few weeks back. 29 carries for 127 yards, and kept the ball out of peytons hands. Hope he is good for next week!

We are now 52 minutes into this game and Rivers has not had to make a single play, yet he is going to win this game. Imagine what that must be like? Just hand it off. Sit there on the bench as your defense gets you three turnovers...then walk out there and do nothing. How would Brady like to have that life?

maybe we should have been rooting for the Bungles
how did the Pats lose to them in the first place??
Hurricane moved in and I'm guessing Ridley probably had a fumble and back then when the rookie WR were actually on the field they were dropping everything thrown their way.
And we decided to throw 38 times in that hurricane,  with brand new receivers. Almost got Brady killed. Ridley benched, but Blount ran well, just didn't use him much.
Their defense outplayed our offense basically.

I have now watched 6 quarterbacks play poorly this post season, yet the village idiot claims Brady  "craps down his leg" in the post season. Picture Brady throwing to the guys Dalton is throwing to right now. Dalton doesn't even get it in the same zip code as his targets. Laughable. Rivers hasn't had to make a single throw a high school quarterback couldn't today. Last night Drew Brees did nothing and his team won. Luck - who is being talked up today like he invented the football - threw 3 picks yesterday. Three!

    I'll take Brady.
I thought both Smith and Luck played well.  Smith had the fumble and intentional grounding, but overall it was a very strong performance.  Luck did have the interceptions, but overall he was extremely good I thought.

Foles, Brees, and Rivers were mediocre.

Dalton is having a bad game.
I'll give you Smith, I thought he played well. Luck did too, but he threw three picks. Now he threw four tds and ran some, but three picks in a playoff game? I guess it depends on how you look at it.

RESPONSE: Furthermore, you seemingly are writing off the Cincinnati Bengals as chumps. The Pats are going to have to be at their very best to beat that team.

Hahaha... maybe you're overestimating the Bungles?

For someone who writes with such authority and assuredness you sure are wrong more often than right.

The Patriots now are a much better team than when the Bungles beat us, we didn't have Siliga, were completely weak against the run and our offense wasn't clicking at near the efficiency they are now.

I know you're a "glass is half empty" guy but for cripessakes show some fortitude and faith in your team, also take it from someone who is right more often than not or otherwise says nothing, this Patriot's team is very good and we've made it to Super Bowls with less.
