Would the Pats have drafted differently if Tedy B retired at the end of last season?

I think they would have. The secondary was a high priority but so was/is LBer. Would the Pats have tried to get Curry, Cushing,Ayers or Matthews?

Is there anyone on this list the Pats would have gone after?

I don't think so. They didn't expect much out of #54 this year anyhow.

I doubt it, they did draft Mckenzie and he got hurt, i think tyrone was going to be there guy this year at least at linebacker.

Tyrone McKenzie was a guy they were high on. Scouting reports said that he's extremely productive and athletic, good football IQ and instincts, and a good charater guy.  He's also vesatile and has special teams value.

I think Belichick's post draft quote on McKenzie says a lot:

"Of all the players I've talked to this year and through the years, he's been among the most impressive," Belichick said, citing McKenzie's "maturity and intelligence."

I think they had that base covered until he got hurt.
