2 years in a row, he gets a major injury during the season that ends him early in the big playoff game. 2 years in a row, he's lights out early in his presence, and slowly fades out at the end. no way i  franchise him or go beyond 2 years.. no beef with him walking.. eman is the most important resigning!

    [/QUOTE]

No he can't stay healthy. If your not durable then I would not pay. When your always injured and that's your track record that's how it plays out.

Nope. Durability for play off push is critical. Unless you get a discount, move on. Our youngsters are better on the field, than any rich all pro player off of it due to injury.

make a solid offer. some protection against injuries. the guy is a difference maker, but he doesn't deserve elite $. just not dependable enough.

or just draft an all star to replace him. Tablib is good but he is so injury prone.

... because they have shown a lot of abilty in drafting all star corners in recent years.

Depends on what he injury was. Hard to see him standing on the sideline looking like he could go back in? I would make a good offer but not elite money

And he's proven he can't stay health in 2 playoff games.... That's like paying a car rental agency in advance for a car because you can't travel without one and them handing you a bike when you get there

Hopefully the pats can leverage the injuries and the fact he has had success here when healthy. A lot of guaranteed money doesn't sound smart.
