"Witching Hour for Varitek and Wakefield" Post Signs to Keep them out of Spring Training!!!

status of Tim Wakefield and Jason Varitek: "I would say the clock is really close to the witching hour" Bobby Valentine

Clearly, Valentine doesn't want these old parasites back! He is trying to insult them, nicely, but they keep figuaratively panhandling for a contract!

As Dad says, time humbles all arrogant athletes. Very important for new Red Sox team chapter to exclude these two old faces. It took too long, but a huge majority of fans no longer want to Red Sox major league baseball and these 2 old faces. Welfare contracts appear to have run out for these unemployed MLB players.

He can't let it go: it's the only thing he's got half right in a long long time.

He still blames our back-up catcher who hit better than 14 starting catchers and our 6/7th starter who led our team to a winning record for "the collapse". I think that says it all about this clown. Others may think VTek and Wake did poorly last year, but mr hanky stands alone is assigning them the lion's share of the blame.

Notice there are no more Jake Bash threads, AGon won't extend threads, BHall for president threads, Scutaro stinks threads, Cam to start instead of Jake threads, and on and on...

We all know the Sox are better off with one Ross Ohlendorf,  he of the 8.15 era with the Pirates last year than a guy who has won 200 games for the Sox over his career.  Right hank?

    Cool

Hey, why shouldn't he keep beating that drum?  He's just using the (mostly) political ploy of telling the same lies over and over until some people believe them, then augmenting the falsehoods with personal attacks.  Then he combines that with ridiculing them by making up derogatory nicknames for them.  He keeps doing it until more and more people jump onto his cardboard wagon.

This will continue until people recognize what he's doing, give his posts the credit they deserve, and start thinking for themselves.

People do what they do until it doesn't work any more, and what he's doing is still working so he'll keep doing it. Get used to it.

In the meantime, think about the options available for the Sox and whether there's any track record for any of those options that make them more desirable than 'Tek or Wake.  Tek and Wake aren't two guys you build a championship team around, but they're the best spare parts available, and if you're ignoring that you're ignoring logic, stats, and common sense - and listening to "Mr. Hanky".

Both Varitek and Wakefield are like trying to get water out of a dry towel.    They are what they are when they where.

Honor them for past contributions in a pre-game ceremony sometime during the season and John Henry can take them on a cruise aboard his yacht.

         It is Zac.

I bet you Posada wished he had signed for one less year.

Last year must have killed him.

I was happy to see him contribute in the postseason even if it was at the expense of TWM's man love.

    gay bashing

Now, there is an oxymoron, with emphasis on "moron".

Personally, I think sad people are discriminated against and should be allowed to marry and get the employment benefits for married triples. I know who the sad people are, because they say they are sad.

when did this country decide that equality should not be guaranteed to people who have sex a certain way with unrelated, consenting adults?

Perhaps those being sued for polygamy can answer your childish intellect and rhetorical question.

I don't think how someone has sex, "a certain way", is a rational basis to classify groups of people who share various behavioral disorders. Let us all know when "cosenting adults" becomes the standard of vritue.

yes softy, gay people are equal to polygamists...im surprised you didnt throw a santurom in there and talk about man on dog....i guess the sanctity of marriage was well served by newts three wives....or the fact that 50% 0f all marriages themselves end in divorce....

you should just mind your own business...last time i checked limited governement was a conservative & libertarian virtue...but i guess that only applies to your taxes and bdc mods

...last time i checked limited governement

Gay people are happy people. Sexual conduct isn't "gay".

The institution of marriage comes from religious doctrine, not The State. In fact, if it weren't for your bigotry you would know that "Same-Sex Marriage" is purely a creation of The State. Marriage, by definition, does not include "Same-Sex unions".

The very perversion of words is very ironic when it comes to moral values.
