Not sure that the # on Youk's jersey is worthy of a ton of discussion. If indeed the # 20 belong to Posada...then you have your answer...not unlike the #21 worn by Clemens with the Red Sox. Myguess is that at some point Posada will join Berra and Dickey out in center field and possibly Cooperstown.

Posada will likely make the Yankee HOF someday and I do not blame them for not giving his number to anyone else. Makes sense to me. Posada had as much of an influence on the Yankee teams he played for as Varitek did with the Sox...and don't expect anyone getting #33 anytime soon. -
