I don't know about Miller. No control, can't field his position, does not hold runners on very well. And, I have yet to see the velocity that he was supposed to have. -

This looks to be a very long night. Glad aceves didn't pitch last night. -

does anybody here think if Miller really stinks the place up tonight the Sox may be more likely to go after a starter at the deadline? -

Yes, even if he settles down. Another solid starter should be the priority. -

If I didn't know better, I'd say Miller has been taking lessons from Dice-K. -

Mr. Miller, I hear that Pawtucket is beautiful this time of year. Please confirm upon your arrival. Thanks. -

It should still count as an ER if it's the pitcher making the error -

The problem is that he could opt out if sent back to Pawtucket. Chances are some team would pick him up. Not sure if that would be a bad thing, though. -

We should have won last night and Aceves was held back as he pitched 43 the day before. This doesn't look good. I hope we don't trade Reddick, & prospects & even Wheeler for Beltran or a Lilly or the arm from the White Sox...but the 4th, 5th starter spots look suspect. -

The Red Sox are playing tortus/hare with the Royals. What if Miller can't find it tonight, and Lackey has a setback tommorow night? Could loose 3 of 4 if they don't get their butts in gear. -

From what I understand, the appeal of Miller was mainly his high 90's fastball. We have simply not seen anything like that from him, so far. Duffy is throwing as hard or harder than Andrew. -

They will need one, unless they put Weiland back.
It is looking like Miller is who he is. I don't see him as being anything special. -

And Tito needs to take the red hot Reddick out of the 7-hole behind crawfud. And I hope Theo doesn't do another Murpohy for Gagne. I'm not sure he won't. -
