They did. He answered the door, shirtless. They cuffed him, then put the shirt on him. At least he got a haircut, yesterday

As an aside, is there a reason a lot of you won't post on the Pat's forum?

It hasn't been announced what he's been charged with. He met with a criminal defense Attorney, last night.

Probably obstruction J, thats what theyve been talking about all week.

Why wouldn't they let him turn himself in? His attorney said they weren't informed of the imminent arrest. Regardless, he's being booked and will be taken to court, where he'll be charged.

Thats the one thing that makes me wonder. Earlier the plan was to have him turn himself in for obstruction. But if they came and actually took him away in cuffs, my thought is there could be more to it than that. Could be new evidence has been uncovered, could be he actually is guilty. Time will tell, but either way, Im glad the Pats released him. He just doesnt understand The Patriot Way.

I doubt any of us here actually think he had a hand in killing his friend.  AH's problems are probably about his misguided loyalty in covering for his associates who most certainly have dirty hands.  Any way you shake it, he is a material witness and its way too big a mess for the patriots to stay attached to it.  Hope he cooperates, but don't envy his situation.  Rock on the left and hard spot on the right.

Are you kidding? He's been arrested for murder.

    1. He broke the security cameras and system in his house.

    2. His lawyers delivered a broken cell phone to the police.

    3. He had a massive maid clean up at his house the day after the murder.

People dont get arrested a week after the murder for "obstruction" - the delay means they are building a case, they are beyond trying to squeeze info from him - looks like AH was directly involved in the murder and could be the shooter himself....given his status/money/reputation/ it would have been logical for him to drop a dime on the killer and skate away with an easy fine/probabtion.  What you have today is an indication that AH was not just there, but a trigger man of some sort.  Who wants to bet me on this?

Yes, I see now the charges are a lot more serious than I hoped.  Knew about your 3 points, but still hoped he was just cleaning up to protect others and would be charged with obstruction.  Now, it looks pretty bad.
