That guy that sits behind home plate that wears those stupid giant yellow headphones and is clearly listening to the game on the radio. He's been there for years and every time I see him I get annoyed... -

That's Jerry Kapstein, former agent in the '70s and executive with the Padres. He's an asst. with the Sox now. You should google him. He's a great man. -
