    We're pulling for you Erik!

Here's to hoping the offense can score some run early in the game and take some of the pressure off.

If Bedard takes the mound for us in the playoffs we are in trouble. Gotta hope we only see Lester, Beckett and ??? Lackey? Scary stuff right now. But Bedard is a loser and between the ears he gets frazzled and cannot deal with any adversity. Lets face it our target was Haren (who is good) not Bedard (who is bad).

Disagree; Bedard is a good pitcher. Getting him via a 3 team trade was a 12th hr masterstroke by the FO.

Yes, you've already said you don't know what day it is.  What happened to "Marstan"? I hope he's not going to go the way of "Camelwalk".

Studying at the foot of the master of deception here isn't working out for you so far.

Funny, I've never seen you mention paranoia about any of the many Yankee posts here that accuse fans of being other posters -- some even on the board right now made by yourself. lol

Yankee fans can never have an alias here. Afterall, why would guys who make a rival team's board their home, abuse posters there, and spend all their time there ever make up an alias on the board?

With all your pseudo psychoanalysis here, ever think of analyzing grown men who spend all their time on a rival team's board, telling fans what's acceptable or not, rather than spend their time talking with their own team's fans about their own team? Just a thought.

Dear Eric, Welcome to Red Sox Nation. We look forward to your participation in this drive toward a championship. All we ask is your best effort. And don't worry if you hear some  boos; some of the greats like Williams and Yaz went through that. It doesn't matter. And don't worry about the press. Some of them are trying to poison the well already. Just ignore them; we do. Individuals like Abraham, Cafardo,  Shaughnessy, Massarotti, and Herald writers Callahan, and  Tomase are not worth the aggravation. See, we're knowledgeable baseball fans and truly appreciate a solid performance on the field. How you treat the press or your body language during the game is of no consequence to us. So once again welcome to the greatest sports town in the US. And enjoy your stay. Sincerely, Red Sox: On the front burner members

Sorry, you are totally wrong about this one. What real Sox fans care most about, just as real Pats, Celts, and Bruins fans do, is trying hard. Perhaps it comes as news to you that over 90% of human communication takes place through body language and the various forms of energetic/chemical messages that emanate from the body. Ergo, body language from players that clearly communicates that they don't give a sh*t is extremely important to real Sox fans.

[QUOTE]NESN just showed a ten minute interview with Heidi and Bedard. Bedard was very open, polite, and responsive to all questions. I think that he was also quite enamoured by Heidi also.

Yeah, maybe Heidi can change his perception of the press!

Seattle is relieved to learn that it is adversity free.
