The team can be rebuilt to be a contender rather quickly. There are some promising young players in the system. The hard part will be trying to get rid of the bad contracts, and gaining some payroll flexibility. Improving through trades is tricky. We usually get the worst of it with the deals. There are a lot of savvy G.M.s out there just waiting to fleece young Ben.
