I hate to bust your bubble, but nobody wants those guys. They needed to trade Jackie Bradley Junior before he started showing that he cannot hit major league pitching. They did not play their hand we'll with him at all. He should have been part of a package before he showed what he is showing now.

He is no Ellsbury because Ellsbury could get on base to steal and came up right away to help the team in the 2007 playoffs. He could not hit last year in limited at bats and is off to where he was last year. They sent him down last year to give him experience in Pawtucket and so he did not loose his confidence. Maybe he will develop but he is showing nothing but having a very good glove at this point.

In 2007 the Sox had a rookie with a batting average of .172 on May 1. By mid-June he was hitting over .300. He went on to win ROY. You probably know his name.

Let's give JBJ a few more weeks before we conclude he "cannot hit major league pitching."

No revolution is imminent.  At an average of 86.5% seats filled in all games to date, the Sox are the best draw in MLB.  They are tied with the Yankees and 1.5 games back of the Orioles in the AL East.  And Bill--no surprise here--is advocating an overthrow of Sox management.  About par for Bill, I'd say.
