    Remember Moneyball when JH wrote a number on a piece of paper and gave it to Billy Beane--it's now a few years removed could JH be more persuasive. Take  LL's place, part owner and head of Baseball operations. Name a new GM and Manager---build a team...

    The Sox, much to V's surprtise have a little talent left after the big trade. Dice will be gone--who knows about Ortiz andd Ells. If you don't offer any of them contracts you have about $300 M to work with.

    I guess it would be hard to deny that the FO has done what it said it would do this year...get the team salary below the luxury tax level.
