Bill--806 has done a fantastic job on this forum the last 2 years. Last year when the team was disintegrating right in front of our eyes, Bill-806, a zealous Sox fan, demanded a blockbuster trade. He told management that this team has betrayed their loyal fans. And management came through; Beckett/Crawford and Gonzalez were sent to the Dodgers and the clown manager was let go right after the season. Now Bill-806 has clearly and forcibly told management that the best 25 men must come north this season. No excuses. That means adding Bradley and Iglesias to the roster.
Bill-806 has undoubtedly shown his baseball acumen day after day on this forum. We appreciate his knowledge and devotion to our beloved team.

Bill-806 bravely demanded change last year. While others went with the flow while the Bobby Valentine follies were in town, Bill-806 said enough of this! Not to many posters spoke out. Many made excuses. But not Bill-806. Bill-806 is not afraid to speak the truth.

Not to mention that it's revisionist history. I remember Bill being one of the chief cheerleaders for BV to straighten out the "mess" that Terry Francona left behind. When he wasn't too busy calling Josh Beckett names that is.

Is the OP suggesting that a poster on this board, Bill 806, is responsible not only for the trade with the Dodgers last year, and the firing of the manager at the end of the season, but also every subsequent trade and personell move as well???
