Ham and Scrambled Eggs w/hash browns and toast. Coffee, Orange Juice.
Or when I was a kid and my dad was making breakfast on Sunday mornings to let my mom sleep in -- diced up pepperoni with scrambled eggs. (And then I'd sneak some of his coffee).

Whole wheat french toast topped with a couple of thick sliced baked ham slices with Vermont cheddar melted on top and served with warmed real Vermont maple syrup (not the fake stuff),along with some OJ and a tall glass of ice cold milk.Coffee's after breakfast.

I had a large ice caramel latte with whole milk at Dunkin Donuts. That drink had 800 calories and the chicken salad on a bagel had 550 calories. Geez.....1,350 calories consumed before 8am. LOL
