Ever go to a Sox/Yankee game at Yankee stadium? There are fights going on throughout the game. I once saw 10 different fights during a game there. In every instance they escorted the Sox fans out while the Yankee fans cheered. Doesn't matter who was responsible, you were in their house. It's waaaay more clear on an Internet forum where Sox fans post, and still the Sox fans are to blame. That's nonsense. Trolls are known throughout the Internet. This is the only place where people still make excuses for them. If these were Sox fans, they wouldn't last a day on a Yankee forum. No way they're putting up with this crap on their boards.

Kim, JB's from the Bronx, i'm sure he's seen his share, probably as many as most Yanks fans...

I was just referring to things that happen during the games that no one sees on TV. All Sox fans should take note, don't argue with Yankee fans in their house. They will throw you out. I've never seen Yankee fans thrown out any time I've been there.

My dad was born and raised in the Bronx until he was 17. He loves the Bronx and Yankee Stadium or should I say Stadiums? lol Probably just stadium as that meant so much more to him. He doesn't live there anymore, obviously, but I went with him once for a Sox/Yankee game and he was accidentally wearing a red shirt. I was dancing in the aisle when ARod fumbled the ball, and he said "Knock it off. They're going to think I'm a Sox fan, too!" LOL True story.

Kinda cool I heard they made the old field into a field kids play on now. That has to be awesome for them. Sacred ground. :)

You're a cool guy, 4Bs. Not overly concerned with the popular opinion. I admire that.

I beg to differ.  I lived in NY for years and took in my more than my fair share of games in the Bronx, by and large in the bleachers, ground zero for belligerent quarrels between usually soused Sox and Yankees fans.  I can attest to the fact that the bleacher gestapo show no favoritism in their tossing.  I could always call when someone would get tossed.  And, basically it came down to this:  curses, lewd gestures, threats of violence - TOSSED.  I saw a thousand Sox fans tossed, and a thousand Yankee fans tossed.  Fun stuff.

    Thanks.

May I add, while I understand your frustration with some of the posters here, things aren't likely to change any time in the near future.

Just try to ennjoy yourself here and don't let a few idiots get you down.

Hes the Sox/Yankees turfs wars eased up any, with the opening of the new stadium?

Or have you not had a chance to check it out yet.

I haven't been to YS since I was a kid, but I'd like to see the new place at least once.
