How do you change the quote format in order for it to be normal? I've tried moving the forward slash around and haven't been able to find something that works.

It would be nice to resolve the problem of getting to the RS Forum Discuss site. I'm sure the Globe wants people to see something other than sports but they wouldn't hit discussion unless they wanted discussion.
Time will tell.

In response to FenwayJimmy's comment:
The main problem to me is that one needs to copy and paste whose comment that you are responding to in order to have a dialog. Don't use the reply button to do this. The old software handled this correctly. The absence of spellcheck, delete, and edit aren't that important to me.
FJ, why don't you like using the Reply button? -

Quotes go on and on with a continuing chain of responses unless you delete some of them. Your response shows every previous response others made to the original post. It would be nice if that when you respond to a post, only the post that you are directly responding to shows up in your post, like it used to be. Don't be so formal Dottie, you can call FJ Pike. -

Dottie...
I could be reasonably happy with the way things are now, *IF I HAD A WAY TO GO TO THE LAST READ POST!*
