Hopefully he was joking about beaning WMB.
BTW, he looks like Doc Halladay's father in the picture on the Red Sox page today. I guess pitching for the Cubbies ages a person.

If Lackey and Dempster, 4/5, can keep their ERAs under 4.50, that's probably the best we can hope for. Then, on top of that, we'll need to get real 1/2/3 numbers from Buch/Lester/Doubrount to compete for the division.

he was joking about beaning WMB, i just took the statement out of context and whined like geo did with the lester article. Hence the similar topic name.but the joke is ruined now because the mods deleted my OP
