    Doubront Struggling in AAA

I was at today's Paw Sox game and Doubront got off to a good start with 2 K's and a 1-2-3 first inning but in the second inning, he gave up 6 runs without recording an out before being pulled. I just looked up his stats from last game game in which he gave up 5 runs in 3 innings. Do you think he should be perminately moved to the bullpen even in AAA?

I think his long-term future is in the bullpen.  That said, since he hasn't thrown a lot of innings this year, I would leave him in the rotation at Pawtucket for the rest of the year so he can get in some extended work.

Are the Pawsox still in first place and nine games ahead of the Wilkes-Barre Scranton Yankees.  Why are they having such a great year in your opinion? Is it mostly pitching or do they also have a good offense?

Combination of both. Duckworth and Tony Pena have been consistent all year and also good hitting from lars, reddick early in the year, lavarnway, and hector luna

He dared to say that all things were not perfect, he should be punished.  Things are and will always remain perfect within the organization!

Where is Softy...to talk about how Doubront should be getting Wakefields innings? This guy would obviously do a better job, because Wakefield has a 5 ERA over 2 years blah blah blah...

If it was up to softy, Douby would be starting instead of Wake.
