Daniel Nava will start tonight in right field -- a position he may have to master if he wants to start the season in Boston.

“He’s improved tremendously in left field, but given the potential makeup of our bench and our extra outfield situation, the ability to play right field probably will be a key in his situation,” Farrell said. “Not to say his roster status hinges on it, but we’re going to take a look at it.”
