Incompetent GM's like Cherry could spend a billion and still win zero playoff games. See last year, the year before that, and year before that, and the year before that.

And a team of untalented scabs that you would put together would win zero games. They'd be lucky to beat Northeastern in the preseason with their A lineup and ace on the mound. -
