These Napoli strikeouts are  becoming almost predictable.

    Stabbed by Foulke.

Yes, but Napoli is not our problem. Its PITCHING. Our pen stinks (10th in ERA) and Lester is well past his peak. Dumpster stinks. Doubront is.....never mind. Lackey, as bad as he is, is probably our second best starting pitcher right now.

Yes, Ive made note of that too, and its not good. And one more note about the Garza game. He was running his mouth last month telling Johnny Cueto he needed to grow up and etc. after the Reds clipped his wings the first time. How do ya like me NOW Matt?

Everyone is correct.  Lester is not an ace.  Buch is now  the ace of this staff.  Lester could be a  2 or 3 at this point.  I believe he might have been an ace if it wasn't for the Beckett influence.

the ignorance of john farrell and co is beyond frustating, stephen drew starting at short, middlebrooks on the bench 2 games into his call up, when are they going to realize that drew belongs on the bench? iggy has far out performed him and i would much rather have middlebrooks starting over drew. drew is batting .229 and yet we keep starting him. same problem with the pen, guys like miller and mortenson struggled everytime out, yet we keep going back to them over and over again expecting different results.

Drew is better than all but 4 of starting SS in the American League. He has performed light years ahead of Middlebrooks.

Really? Peralta, Lowrie, Hardy, A. Ramirez, Y. Escobar, A. Cabrera, Andrus, A. Escobar.

    That is 8.
