What happened to Drew and how long is he going to be out? Had to leave the game before his injury.

    From Peter Abraham:

Drew not on the DL. Mortensen DFA.

Farrell said decision to DFA Mortensen was performance-based. Needed to DFA someone for Diaz.

    To Toronto fans,

    Red Sox > Blue Jays

FYI: Jonathan Diaz minor league stats this year at Pawtucket: .242/.691. He is unlikely to be any better than WMB was. I would rather have rolled the dice with Bogaerts.

Wow. Snyder gets half a game? I'm puzzled.

Drew himself said 2-3 games so.

After tripling in the second inning, Drew doubled off the center-field wall in the sixth. He limped into second base, though, and had to leave the game with what was later diagnosed as hamstring tightness.

Idiots. Why would you send the runner with nobody out and Bautista out there? Stupid. And now the hit by Ortiz to make it look even worse.

Incredibly stupid decision by Butterfield. Absolutely no excuse to send the runner with no outs. What was he thinking?
