    Now we are in trouble. Why didn't Francona bring in Bard prior to this hitter walking. He leaves the pitchers in too long. Aceves did a good job today too.

    Hope he is not another Steve Balboni. We have to see what he does against good teams. Baltimore is not exactly the class of the league here.

    Yankees up 11-8 and 11 runs on 11 hits (Orioles have 12 hits). We are out hitting Jays 6-4...I mean they only got 4 hits !!! Yet we have left, I don't know exactly 5-6 RISP. The Yankees just swept this team. I've said this many times, the Yankees are a better clutch hitting team. We will be lucky to go 2-2 in this series.

    God help us in upcoming series in Tampa. We could be only 3-4 games ahead of Rays & then will face Yankees for 3. It's going to be a crap shoot not a slam dunk for us to make playoffs even. Sorry for being the prophet of doom but this is how I see it !!!

    Sox failure to hit with RISP has been a recurring problem.  Very hard to win on the road when you get into these sudden death situations. This game is in serious jeopardy.
