This team is going to have to sign a right handed bat in the off season because of AGON and Crawford's tendency to go streaky and cold. I am wondering if they will go after Reyes.

Okay. It is critical to score in the 10th. Bard will not go another inning. Pap will probably not be used in a tie game. So , who will pitch the bottom of the 10th , if we don't score now?  Really need a run.

Crawford's OBP now at .286...lowest in the lineup...lower than Varitek

No consistency and way too streaky a team. This offense is becoming a joke ! The Yankees just used the Blue Jays for toilet paper and we cannot score a d#m run.

on to bottom 10....o's not done 11-10 Yanks, Yanks got bitten by defensive indifference...i've always hated teams letting that runner move up...

My heart says the Sox are the better team but they have been on shakey ground for the past week.  They need a gut check.

never understood the logic--take away the force put tying run in scoring position--what is the reasoning?

Well, Yankees won. Rivera with a somewhat shaky save. Rays won their game.

Rivera just got lucky, looked bad in the save. He is no longer lights out anymore !

Is it just me or did Aviles completely botch that ground ball in the 10th. That was terrible.

Jays helping us out there. Why try to bunt when it is so easy to steal?

This season is starting to remind me of 2009 when Terry was giving everybody days off at the end of the season. We ended up backing into the wild card and looked flat going into the playoffs against Anaheim.

yankees are the better team now, but in the playoffs, the yanks sloppy pitching will bite them in the buttght now their offense is winning them alot of games, but allowing 10 runs to the o's is almost as bad as the sox getting shutout by the jays

Let me ask you ??? Are the Yankees lucky or just very good at getting clutch hits !!! They get out hit today 17 to 12 but end up winning !!! And the Orioles got an extra man on base with an error. I think they left 18 LOB !!!

I agree but there is still a lot of baseball to be played and we have to get into the playoffs first. Francona better boot this team in the rear end.
