I got the Sox game here. I was sure I'd get stuck with White Sox/Tigers, but no, I get Red Sox today. Whether or not that's a good thing is up to Lackey.

Looks like we're off to a real good start here today. If the rotation is not fixed and fixed soon, this team is going to completely fold. Starting to remind me of 09. -

Don't pin this on the rotation, or Lackey specifically. If Scutaro could play SS this inning would be over without a run scored.
Knowing that Lackey does not suffer the poor play of his field mates, he may blow up, just from an emotional meltdown. But in this case I would not blame him.
Scutaro needs to be DL'd and Navarro put in at SS until Lowrie gets back or Navarro wins the job outright. -

alagator, lead off error on scutoro, a single, a grounder to scutoro ruled an infield single, another grounder to scutoro (a double-play ball) but the throw to second was so poor Pedroia had to make a spectacular play just to get the force, now another single . . . . -

Yoshimi, I can't even watch Lackey pitch anymore. I'm one of those Sox fans who rarely miss a game but when John pitches? No, I just hope for the best and read about it later. The guy is one of the worst pitchers in the AL. All we can hope for is a strong offensive showing with some luck thrown in. -

Not a single one of these balls have been hit hard. Seeing eye singles and pop flys. What do you do about that? Especially when the defense isn't doing it's job. This is the last thing Lackey needs. -
